Forever getting older

So today is my Grandpa's birthday and last night before we went to bed Grandma and I were joking around about some old guy who was having a birthday the next day and how we'd better celebrate. Grandpa didn't realize right away that we were talking about him but when he did he said, "Oh, it's really my birthday tomorrow?! Oh, i don't want to get any older!" and Grandma said, "Oh yes you do Shon, it's better than not getting older!". To which Grandpa replied, "Oh, yes, I suppose you're right."

I don't think I'll complain any more about getting older either. She's right, it's better to be able to get older than to stop having the chance at all.
