The Girl in the Cafe

Wow, what a great movie! Funny yet powerful at the same time. Made in 2005 with current references to the Tsunami and the G8, I loved every second of it. I actually stopped what I was doing to sit down and watch it.

Most American movies these days are all about escapism and I was stunned to find out just now that this movie too was American. Incredible! It's just so rare to see such a solid movie with pretty much all the elements coming out of fantasy land!? I guess I'm just a sucker for films that educate while entertaining. Amazing!
