What?! Winter?!

I love how winter always seems to make the news. It's almost like it doesn't happen every year.
It's like, what?! It's freezing outside? Traffic is slower? What the? Who's to blame for this?
OMG people, it's not news and it's not really different from last year...yes, that's right, snow happens and Saskatchewan and Manitoba always get the coldest weather every year (move already!).
